Deception - Update 12/08/06
Dan is involved in making a movie called DECEPTION for the LIFETIME network. He will play the loving boyfriend opposite Cynthia Gibb (his co- star from MARY CHRISTMAS). The movie is being directed by his pal, John Fasano (MURDER AT THE PRESIDIO) and produced by another pal, Stan Brooks (THE UNAUTHORIZED STORY OF MORK AND MINDY). Dungeon and Dragons DVD - Update 12/08/06
The Dungeon and Dragons cartoon DVD is being released. They never animated the last episode. For the DVD release Dan joined other actors including Wally Wingert and Neal Kaplan and a fellow named Buster Roebuck (Dan's son) to recreate the final episode. Groovie Goolie Documentary - Update 07/11/06
Here are some pics from the GROOVIE GOOLIE's documentary that Dan is working on. First is Dan's producing partner, Wally Wingert and Lou Scheimer founder of FILMATION STUDIO looking over some original cartoon art. In the second you will see Dan reunited with rock legend, Alice Cooper for his interview for the documentary.

The Haunted World Of El Superbeasto! - 07/11/06
Last week Dan went into the Studio with Rob Zombie, to record the voice of Morris Green for THE HAUNTED WORLD OF EL SUPERBEASTO! This must surely be one of the very few times an actor has played the same character in both a live action (THE DEVIL'S REJECTS) and an animated movie!

Universal Studios Announces DVD Release - 06/12/06
Written and directed by Jeff Burr (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3), produced by Chuck Williams (Bubba Ho-Tep), Straight Into Darkness will take you on a journey into a cold nightmare with two American soldiers (played by Scott MacDonald and Ryan Francis) that are on an emotional path of combat,destruction and realization. On the surface, its a character-led story that is set in the last winter of the Second World War, just after the Battle of the Bulge. On a deeper level, a whirlwind of feelings will overcome you while you witness the struggle of war and survival as it propels the psychological make-up of the soldiers characters and forces them on.
David Warner (The Titanic), Linda Thorson (The Avengers), James LeGros (Drugstore Cowboy) and Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive) are amongst the international cast.

A Couple of Upcoming Documentaries - Update 04/27/06
Dan's begun filming two different documentary pieces. The first is for the special features on the SEPTEMBER release of a GROOVIE GOOLIE's dvd.
The second is even dearer to his heart. They recently closed down and dismantled one of his favorite places in Southern California, THE MOVIELAND WAX MUSEUM. Rob Klein and Dan have begun making a documentary about the place. The Movieland Wax Museum has graciously given them access to shoot in the museum and have made some great material available to them.

Dan receives an Honor - 01/30/06
Dan visited his hometown of Bethlehem, PA, on Friday January 27, 2006, to be inducted, along with two other alumni, into the Bethlehem Catholic High School's "Distinguished Graduate" Hall of Fame. Dan graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in the early 1980s.

Dan received this amazing doll for Christmas 2005 from his friend (and LOST fan) Jesse Adams. As you can see it's VERY accurate with amazing props. More astounding than even that is the fact that the toy's rear panel features a Doctor Arzt bio written by the writers of LOST specifically for the toy!
